If I be unproductive for a day, I would surely feel bad. I do not usually let every day pass me without achieving something, even if it is small. But you know what, though your day may not have been that productive, there is still much room for you to accomplish in the afternoon. Though you’ve suffered some setbacks, there are still plenty of options for moving forward.

Failing early has pros and cons but, from my point of view, it has mostly pros. In my day to day basis, when I start slow and unproductive, that usually pushes me to move double time to make up for the lost time.

Try not to be disheartened or disappointed. You still can do better. It is better late than never.
